You can request a custom item by visiting the Shop Page and selecting the “Custom Order” option.

Yes but please send me a message before placing a bulk order so I can ensure I have the necessary material and can meet your timeline for fulfillment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer personalization (i.e. monograms, names, etc) of items at this time.

You can find the dimension and weight of a product under its respective “Additional Information” tab. These measurements may vary for a final product due to the nature of handmade items.

Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for in-stock products. Custom orders may take up to an additional 7 days to create before shipping depending on complexity. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships!

Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Keep an eye on your inbox—it’ll come from us as soon as the courier provides the tracking details.

Yes, if you are close to the Stephens City, VA area, we can coordinate local pickup! Please send me a message before placing an order for pickup details and coupon code so you are not charged shipping costs!

Unfortunately, I do not do international orders at this time.
